About The Position

We are searching for our next Custodian to join our team!
About the job: Your duties will include:
Keep assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly.
Perform minor building and equipment repair work.
Complete other assigned tasks.
Sweep, mop, oil, and wax floors.
Vacuum rugs and carpets.
Clean, dust, and polish furniture.
Empty waste receptacles.
Clean hallways, restrooms, and light fixtures.
Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Any other duties assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, cleaning materials, janitorial tools, and equipment.
• Knowledge of routine building and grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Online ordering platforms (Such as Staples, Amazon, etc)
• Ability to operate, care and maintain tools and equipment used in janitorial work.
• Ability to complete minor facility repairs.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to use and operate a computer
• Flexible availability needed for scheduling 5 days a week, with nights and weekends included
