About The Position
The Custodian will be responsible for executing housekeeping duties to include general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, and disinfecting areas. This role also involves performing minor repairs, maintaining housekeeping equipment, and occasional painting of walls and ceilings, including the ability to use a ladder. Additionally, the Custodian will be responsible for removing snow and ice from entrances and walkways and maintaining effective communication with the Manager and co-workers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR Certification may be required.
- Capable of using sound judgement and working with minimal supervision.
- Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
Nice To Haves
- Two year’s work of janitorial experience or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
