About The Position
Seeking General Cleaners, Warehouse and Trash Technicians for a logistics facility in Memphis, TN. This is a physically demanding position that includes general cleaning duties such as restrooms, break rooms, and conference rooms. It also involves emptying trash, which requires heavy lifting, and cleaning outside areas like the yard, guard shack, and smoke area. Additional tasks may include removing and bailing cardboard, moving and stacking pallets, floor cleaning, and fork truck operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a janitor, custodian, cleaner or housekeeping position preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- General Cleaning - Restrooms, Break Rooms, Conference Rooms, etc.
