About The Position

The Custodian Technician Floater plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands-on, service-oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team-focused environment.

Requirements

One or more years of experience preferred
Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset
Competent use of iPad & iPhone
Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more
High School Degree or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License, required

Responsibilities

Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents
Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs
Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Vehicle maintenance as required
