About The Position

GRBS is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to join their team. This role requires leadership experience and is responsible for overseeing the cleaning process in a school environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service focus. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time, and candidates must have valid proof of auto insurance.

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
