About The Position

GRBS is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for Grand Rapids Public Schools. This is a full-time, second-shift position. The ideal candidate is 18 years or older, possesses leadership experience, a positive attitude, and is a team player. Reliability, self-motivation, and dependable transportation are essential. Due to Michigan public schools requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
