About The Position

GRBS is seeking a dedicated Custodian Supervisor to join our team at Battle Creek Public Schools. This full-time position involves leading a custodial team, ensuring the cleanliness and security of school facilities, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals who are 18 years or older, possess leadership experience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities

• Clean the building to map/specs and secure the building
• Communicate with the customers
• Train, lead, manage, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Serve the team members
• Complete Building Walkdowns
• Nightly perimeter door checks
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
