GRBS is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for Okemos Public Schools. This role requires leadership experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and possesses reliable transportation. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
