About The Position
Semi skilled manual work involving responsibility for the care and maintenance of a public building or buildings and related equipment; all other related work as required.
Requirements
- One year of experience in clerical or maintenance work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Class D drivers license required.
- Ability to perform moderately physical labor.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and directions.
- Basic skills in performing preventative maintenance on equipment and basic machinery.
- Ability to pass CORI and SORI check
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within probationary period may be required.
