Custodian, seasonal (summer) – Boys & Girls Club of Worcester
About The Position
The custodian cleans and maintains the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester, Harrington Clubhouse. General cleaning of building and equipment, vacuuming, cleaning floors, kitchen, walls, windows, cafeteria, painting, changing of light bulbs, outside landscaping including shoveling, lawn mowing, raking, trash removal etc. This position is a FULL TIME SUMMER TEMP position, 30-40 hours per week, days. The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester is a nonprofit, charitable, educational organization recognized as a leading advocate for youth development, working to help youth of all backgrounds. Our mission is to inspire and enable all youth to become responsible, productive and caring citizens. We provide girls and boys with effective diverse programs and services; and demonstrate that caring adults can truly help young people grow into contributing human beings with the necessary skills for living.
Requirements
- Must be available to work days, Monday-Friday.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- All applicants will be required to pass a criminal offender record information check (CORI) and a national background check.
