Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Previous janitorial, facilities, or cleaning experience
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform all Technician I cleaning responsibilities
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as: Auto-scrubbers, Floor buffers, Burnishers
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as: Floor scrubbing, Tile and grout cleaning, Specialty floor maintenance
- Safely use and mix approved cleaning chemicals
- Follow chemical dilution procedures
- Handle stronger disinfectants and floor care products
- Follow S.D.S. and chemical safety protocols
- Serve as backup driver for mobile workforce teams
- Safely transport team members and equipment between job sites
- Support route coordination when needed
- Assist Technician Leads with complex tasks
- Help train Technician I employees on cleaning procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
