About The Position

GRBS is seeking a full-time Custodian Lead for the Portland Public School District. This position is responsible for executing the clean building process, managing team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Complete Building Walkdowns
• Nightly perimeter door checks
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
