About The Position
The Custodian Lead assists the Building Supervisor in directing the work of custodians. This role involves assisting with the housekeeping and maintenance of the school building, along with other assigned duties. The position is full-time, 12 months a year, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, on the first shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State of Minnesota 2nd Class Boiler License
- Training or experience in pneumatic controls and heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions
