About The Position

GRBS is seeking individuals 18 years of age or older with a valid ID to join their family as a Custodian Lead for Portland Public Schools. This role requires leadership experience, a positive attitude, teamwork, customer service focus, dependability, self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on cleaning procedures.
• Confirm and communicate staffing levels.
• Conduct customer check-ins.
• Ensure quality of work through checks, walk-downs, and daily pictures.
• Secure the building.
