About The Position

This position assists the Building Supervisor in directing the work of custodians and is responsible for the housekeeping and maintenance of the school building. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State of Minnesota 1st Class Boiler License
• Training or experience in pneumatic controls and heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
• Ability to maintain regular attendance
• Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Supervisor in directing work of custodians
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance of the school building
• Other duties as assigned
