Supervise and assist custodians to ensure established standards of cleanliness are followed. This role involves cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms. The Custodian Lead is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, including picking up and removing trash and debris, and handling property clean-up, which may include bio-chemical/bio-hazard material. Additionally, the role involves stocking linen supplies and ensuring the preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties may be assigned by management.
