About The Position

Uline is hiring a Custodian at its Hudson, Wisconsin branch to help maintain bright, clean, organized, and high-quality facilities. The role involves custodial work and building maintenance, as well as general labor and support for operational needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the first shift. Pay is $23 to $25 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust racks, and perform interior and exterior building maintenance.
• Remove trash and process box scraps using a compactor.
• Operate a floor scrubber and other equipment.
• Assist with special projects and perform general labor to support operational requirements as needed.
