About The Position
ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance is a locally owned and independently operated ServiceMaster Clean® franchise providing commercial janitorial and facility support services. The Custodian/Janitor provides routine cleaning and custodial services at an assigned customer location, maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment while following established cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and service standards. The role is part-time, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, in Southlake, Texas. The position requires physical activity including standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks. The employee works independently with limited supervision and reports supply needs, maintenance concerns, safety issues, and other problems to the appropriate supervisor.

Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other assigned areas.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Clean spills and address routine cleaning needs safely and promptly.
- Clean and maintain common areas, workspaces, and other assigned areas.
- Restock and organize cleaning supplies as needed.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to instructions.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer requirements.
- Complete assigned work independently and efficiently.
- Report supply needs, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or other problems to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform additional custodial duties as assigned.
