About The Position
ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance is a locally owned and independently operated ServiceMaster Clean® franchise providing commercial janitorial and facility support services. The Custodian/Janitor helps create a clean and comfortable work environment for customers and maintains and restores a variety of flooring surfaces. The role is part-time, on the second shift, from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Create a clean and comfortable work environment for customers by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning restrooms.
- Clean, maintain, and restore flooring surfaces, including carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile, and concrete, using industry equipment.
