About The Position

Uline is hiring a Night Shift Custodian at its Allentown, Pennsylvania branch. The role maintains clean, organized, world-class facilities and supports operational requirements through custodial work, building maintenance, equipment operation, and general labor. The position is on-site and scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Pay is $22 to $27 per hour, including a $2 shift differential, with growth and earning potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, and interior and exterior building maintenance.
• Remove trash and box scraps using a compactor.
• Operate a floor scrubber and other equipment.
• Assist with special projects and perform general labor to support operational requirements as needed.
