About The Position
Clay County Missouri has an entry level opening for a full-time Overnight Custodian. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm - 1:30 am at an hourly salary of $18.08. The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to ensure that the county owned offices, buildings, facilities, vehicles, and exterior grounds are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. This position will complete routine custodial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and restocking restrooms.
Requirements
- Legally licensed and insured to drive a motor vehicle
- Able to drive a motor vehicle under normal and inclement weather situations
- Knowledgeable of custodial operations and services
- Knowledgeable of proper methods of mixing, applying and disposing of chemical solutions and products
- Able to complete assigned duties working independently under general direction
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to ensure that county owned offices, buildings, facilities, vehicles, and exterior grounds are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
- Complete routine custodial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and restocking restrooms.
