About The Position

This posting is for Day Shifts for a Custodian I position at Colorado School of Mines. The role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness of facilities to provide a safe, comfortable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing campus environment conducive to teaching, learning, and living. The goal is to create the best possible environment for faculty, staff, students, and campus visitors. This posting may be used to fill multiple positions, and while it is for day shifts, openings on other shifts may occur on rare occasions. The work environment is described as a beautiful small campus in Golden, Colorado, at the gateway of the Rocky Mountains.

Requirements

Six months of experience in custodial work or closely-related work
Experience must be substantiated within the Work Experience section of the application ('See Resume' will not be accepted)
Part-time work will be prorated
Residency in the State of Colorado at the time of application

Nice To Haves

Previous custodial experience as a state employee
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
