About The Position

This is a part-time position where the Custodian I will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms. The role also involves delivering and retrieving items like rollaway beds, irons, and ironing boards to guest rooms. Maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, including picking up trash and debris, and handling property clean-up, which may include bio-chemical materials, are key duties. Additionally, the Custodian I will stock linen supplies in closets and load/unload linen carts, ensuring the preventative care of equipment and supplies. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or 21 (varies by property)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods for majority of shift.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities
