About The Position

The Oasis Club at Champions Gate is seeking a Part-Time Custodian/Houseman. This is a seasonal position lasting 6 months or less. The role is ideal for individuals starting their career or those with a passion for hospitality, offering opportunities to gain customer service experience and develop skills. Beginners are welcome, and previous experience is not required. The company has implemented strong safety protocols. The role involves providing daily cleaning services to ensure an incredible guest and member experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning for all of the operation including but not limited to offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities
• Perform light cleaning and heaving cleaning including but not limited to window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed
• Public spaces cleaning team is responsible for Restrooms, Trash, Pool Deck Furniture, and general cleaning
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required
