About The Position

GRBS is seeking a dedicated and reliable Building Lead Custodian for Haslett Public Schools. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with one weekend of work per month. The role requires leadership experience, a positive attitude, teamwork, customer service focus, dependability, self-motivation, and hard work. Reliable transportation is essential. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. Responsibilities

• Consistently come to work.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Perimeter security checks
• Walk areas for quality control
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
