About The Position
Gordon Food Service is seeking a Custodian for their Distribution Center. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the buildings to ensure smooth operations. The custodian will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, emptying trash, and performing outdoor maintenance such as snow removal and landscaping. The position requires working in extreme temperature conditions, ranging from -25F to 100F.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Successfully pass a drug test.
- Successfully pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings to ensure clean, organized operations.
