About The Position

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Custodians / Facility Maintenance Associates. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including office areas, restrooms, outdoor spaces, trailers, and common areas.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and trash bags

Nice To Haves

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash around the outside of the facility multiple times daily
• Blow and maintain pavilion areas
• Clean pavilion tables using hose and cleaning supplies
• Wash entry stairways with soap and water
• Remove trash throughout the day as needed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Dust offices, workspaces, and common areas
• Clean windows, stairways, and microwaves
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain coffee stations and clean coffee makers
• Empty water from humidifiers
• Clean Shipping & Receiving areas, including floors, tables, and bathrooms
• Sweep and maintain trailer facilities
• Remove trash from logistics and employment center trailers
• Wash seasonal employee vests
• Assist with maintaining washing machine and cleaning equipment
• Perform general custodial duties as assigned
