About The Position

Life Protect 24/7 is searching for self-motivated, high performing individuals with a desire to advocate for safety and cleanliness, challenge themselves, and create a welcoming environment for coworkers on a daily basis. The assistant supervisor will provide coverage when the supervisor is off. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Overnight Sanitation and Custodial Worker position. This is a part-time schedule: Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm-10:00pm. We take great pride in the care we take for our facilities! As an overnight custodian, you will be responsible for supporting the upkeep and cleanliness of our building by completing a number of tasks throughout the evening. Custodians work on the sanitation team to keep the building in pristine condition; you will be responsible for cleaning offices, cubicles, restrooms, and other areas of the building.

Requirements

• Work well with others on a team
• Receive and respect coaching and training
• Experience working with cleaning routines
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1-5 years of outstanding custodial experience
• 1-2 years of supervisor requirements
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Ability to interact with staff, peers, supervisors, and management while remaining professional, polite, and courteous

Responsibilities

• Using approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces
• Disposing of trash
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Maintaining restrooms and restocking supplies
• Responding to spills or other incidents
• Interacting with coworkers in a positive manner
• Providing super coverage when needed
• Other tasks, as needed.
