About The Position
Intermediate District 287 is looking for a full-time Custodial Worker in Minnetonka, MN. Custodial Workers are responsible for performing custodial tasks involving building and equipment maintenance (operational and remedial) as well as cleaning and providing general maintenance of District buildings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility for a clean and orderly building in compliance with standards and regulations
- Adequate physical strength, stamina, physical agility and visual and auditory acuity
- Ability to maintain physical fitness to perform the duties of the class
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights
- Ability to work in environments with significant levels of dust, heat, noise, extreme weather conditions
- Ability to work with risk of injury from equipment and assaultive and/or abusive students
