Responsible for performing cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards and procedures. Areas maintained include but are not limited to lounges, kitchens, stairs, elevators, restrooms, bathrooms, and entrance areas. This role also involves responding to unanticipated cleaning needs, reporting issues, ensuring safety compliance, operating laundry equipment, assisting with heavy cleaning, and performing occasional room set-ups. Additionally, the position requires cleaning exterior building areas, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and performing other assigned duties.
