About The Position

As a BrightBee Custodian, you’ll work within the Los Angeles County Area. In these roles, you’ll help keep school buildings clean, safe, and running smoothly for students, teachers, and staff. No two days are the same—but every day matters. Cleaner Shifts (Flexible / Part-Time & Full-Time Options): Monday – Friday 7:00am-4:00pm. Cleaners will be assigned specific areas and follow a checklist to complete daily tasks. This is great for folks who like structured, independent work. Custodian Roles (Consistent / Higher Responsibility): Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (full-day, consistent schedule). Custodians are responsible for the full building and grounds, including opening/closing, overseeing cleanliness, and maintaining the overall environment. These roles require strong reliability and are intended for consistent, long-term placement. This is great side-gig or full-time opportunity work and may turn into long-term or permanent opportunities based on performance!

Requirements

Reliable transportation to get to schools in your area.
Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet.
HS Diploma / GED
Pass a background check
Follow safety and reporting guidelines
Complete required school clearances
