About The Position

Siffrin is seeking a dependable, motivated Custodial Supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our mission of serving individuals with disabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with experience in Custodial Services, Janitorial Management, Building Maintenance, Floor Care & Carpet Cleaning, Facilities Operations, and Commercial Cleaning.

Requirements

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or team lead experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform daily cleaning for a multi-floor facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
• Perform floor maintenance and carpet spotting
• Maintain cleaning supplies and janitorial equipment
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces
• Provide on-call support to residential group homes as needed
