Responsibilities

Ensures and coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations
Maintains communication with direct manager and responds to request of departments
Tours and inspects the facility to ensure cleanliness requirements are met in a timely fashion; addressing any outstanding tasks in real time
Oversight of job orders and specifications to understand the materials and labor required to complete a task within each area respectively
Works directly with team members to accomplish the daily and specific tasks
Assure that team members have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform custodial / housekeeping services at the unit
Reduce likelihood of significant disruption of housekeeping services
Contribute to the overall success of housekeeping operations by creating a work environment that encourages respect for team members and development of skills
