About The Position

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations, staff performance, service quality, safety compliance, and client satisfaction at assigned client sites. This position serves as the primary on-site representative for ServiceMaster Elite Janitorial and works closely with client site-level management to ensure services are performed according to contract scope, company standards, and client expectations. The Site Manager provides leadership and daily direction to janitorial staff and supervisory team members, ensuring all areas are properly staffed, cleaned, inspected, and maintained. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, addressing service issues, supporting corrective action plans, responding to client concerns, and maintaining a consistent physical presence on-site to monitor work performance and provide hands-on support when needed. The Site Manager is also expected to promote a safe work environment, ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, and respond to urgent operational or safety concerns when necessary.

Responsibilities
