Requirements
- Previous custodial experience preferred.
- Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
- Adaptable to guests’ needs

Responsibilities
- Machine scrubbing and burnishing floors
- Corner and edge work
- Cleaning railings, walls, and kickplates
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Floor refinishing
- Carpet and upholstery shampooing
- Assist with trash and linen services
- Receive and distribute clean linen
- Transport trash to designated waste receptacles and soiled linen to storage areas
- Push or pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs
