Wilkes University invites applicants for a Night Shift Custodial Supervisor position (Monday through Friday 10:00pm to 6:30am) in the Custodial & Grounds Department. Applicant must be fully committed to providing quality service to our students, faculty and staff. The successful candidate will be a dependable and experienced Custodial Supervisor. They will lead and oversee custodial operations during the evening/night shift. The supervisor will ensure that assigned facilities are clean, safe, sanitary, and properly maintained while providing direction and support to custodial staff. They will inspect areas on a regular basis to make sure all buildings are maintained; respond to, investigate, and triage emergency calls to ensure a timely response. This is a working supervisor position, so knowledge and ability to perform custodial tasks and train staff will be critical.
