Requirements

• High School/GED or equivalent vocational training, plus 2-3 years’ experience in a custodial or security role
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to manage and direct individual activities
• Ability to move at a fast pace while being accurate
• Great communication skills; including phone etiquette
• Strong task management skills
• Customer focused and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently, as well as with custodial/security staff and supporting facility staff
• Working knowledge of various types of commercial cleaning machines and cleaning techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Word

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of the building to assure custodial and security duties are being completed
• Manage schedule of the custodial and security staff to ensure 24 hours and 7 days coverage
• Supervise and direct custodial and security staff to accomplish the goals and mission for the corporate office
• Train security staff on protocol security binder
• Order custodial supplies and manage inventory
• Train custodial staff on cleaning techniques and products
• Track inventory usage and reconcile cost with Office Services Supervisor
• Answering L&P corporate phone line and welcoming visitors
• Occasional holiday and weekend coverage may be required
