About The Position
Seeking a Custodial Operations Supervisor who oversees daytime custodial and grounds operations at The Academies at Jonesboro High School, managing staff and serving as the district liaison for contracted services.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous custodial or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Supervising and evaluating day shift custodial staff performance
- Coordinating campus cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor grounds upkeep
- Monitoring contractor performance and addressing service deficiencies
- Overseeing event setups
- Equipment inventory
- Safety compliance
- Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Director
