This role ensures consistent execution of established cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards, translating APPA levels of care into staffing plans, schedules, inspections, and measurable results. The Custodial Manager is responsible for workforce deployment, quality assurance, training implementation, and responsive service delivery, while supporting CMMS-enabled operations and maintaining accurate operational records. As essential personnel, the Custodial Manager responds to campus emergencies, supports weather-related operations, and serves as a key technical resource during outages or system failures.
