About The Position
This role is responsible for general household cleaning of the interior and exterior of the building, maintaining supplies, and following a maintenance schedule. The position also involves maintaining and upgrading the maintenance library and performing other assigned duties. The job requires the ability to perform duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. A forklift certification must be obtained or already possessed.
Requirements
- Must have or obtain forklift certification
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one year related experience
- Ability to read and understand English instructions
- Ability to speak effectively with employees of the organization
- Possess basic math skills of; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers and fractions
- Regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to finger, reach with hands and arms; stoop, and talk or hear.
- Occasional lifting may be required not to exceed 70 pounds without additional support.
- Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
