About The Position

TCH is seeking a Custodial Lead to perform routine custodial duties for assigned buildings and aid in oversight of custodial work done by custodians to ensure contract requirements are met. This role is part of the Ability One Program, which provides employment opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities. The position requires passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check for access to Luke Air Force Base, and applicants must possess a federally compliant Real ID. The company is a smoke & tobacco-free workplace.

Requirements

2 years of custodial experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a current AZ Driver's License.
Must have a 39-month clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to pass background checks to gain access to Luke Air Force Base.
Must have a Real ID that is federally compliant.
