Requirements

Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Lifting up to 55 pounds

Nice To Haves

College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
Custodial/ Housekeeping or Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred

Responsibilities

Housekeeping and light custodial work
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Reception support, greeting guests and employees
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a professional environment
Adhere to all safety procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned
