Requirements

Highly thorough and dependable
Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Demonstrated ability to comply to safety standards and perform work using safe work habits
Proficient in the use of custodial equipment with knowledge of all aspects of relating to good cleaning practices and chemical and equipment use care
H.S. Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

2- 4 years custodial operation or related field preferred
Less than 2 years of professional experience in floor care preferred
