About The Position

HES Facilities is seeking a highly-qualified individual to serve as District Manager to support our account that specializes in custodial services for educational institutions. The position will be responsible for providing operational support through disciplines that may include custodial services, grounds-keeping and event management. The position will include close contact with the customer, on-site Directors, and the employees. The overall goal will be the ability to achieve long-term successful relationship with the customers that that will translate into solid financial results for HES Facilities. This position will require extensive travel throughout the same school district. Company vehicle is provided.

Requirements

Progressive operations management experience in the custodial contracting industry.
Multi-sites and multi-states facilities and custodial management experience required.
Strong organizational skills.
Good computer literacy.
Basic mechanical knowledge.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of P & L’s and budgets.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
Previous experience in a education setting preferred.
