About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational standards of the club facilities, ensuring a positive member experience. The Custodial / Club Attendant will manage cleaning duties throughout their shift, adhering to specific time-of-day assignments and facility procedures. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to upholding the club's standards.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and personal work standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time across a rotation-based shift.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Perform repetitive cleaning tasks including bending, kneeling, and reaching.
Lift up to 45 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Custodial, facilities, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the club's cleanliness standards throughout every shift.
Complete hourly and end-of-shift locker room deep cleans for both men's and women's locker rooms, including toilets, urinals, showers, and saunas, restocking as needed.
Maintain the gym floor, posing room, and all common spaces to facility standards.
Execute assigned time-of-day secondary assignments, including vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, clearing debris, cleaning mirrors, and emptying trash cans.
Dust and wipe down equipment, and complete assigned Equipment Cleaning Schedule rows.
Rotate through Weekly and Monthly Deep Clean zones according to the Deep Clean Cadence Schedule.
Address high-touch surfaces and perform detail work.
Flag maintenance or repair needs to the General Manager.
Greet every member encountered while performing cleaning duties.
Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere consistent with the company's values.
Follow all cleaning rotations, deep clean cadences, and facility procedures.
Adhere to all safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
Complete assigned AR University training modules.
