About The Position

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Custodial/Cleaner for apartment communities located in Warwick, Rhode Island. The role requires general knowledge of cleaning and maintenance and involves preparing vacant apartments, maintaining community grounds and buildings, reporting maintenance concerns, and supporting the maintenance team and residents. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

General knowledge of cleaning and maintenance.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable vehicle.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments before make-ready.
Assist with timely repairs of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems as needed.
Report maintenance concerns involving available apartments, models, the clubhouse, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Communicate effectively with residents, co-workers, and management.
Contribute to a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
Assist the maintenance team with snow removal.
Maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings.
Clean vacant apartments and common areas daily to support occupancy goals.
