Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be at least 25 years old
Able to work unsupervised
Strong work and personal ethics
Ability to handle physical workload as needed
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must have reliable transportation and contact information
Must pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Prefer at least 3-5 years of janitorial/custodial cleaning experience

Responsibilities

Sanitizing/Disinfecting touchpoints throughout
Removal of all trash and replace with new liners
Disinfect all trash cans as needed
Vacuum and/or sweep floors and spot clean, damp mop if required
Clean and disinfect restrooms
Check and Replenish all paper products & supplies
Dust furniture, furnishings, desktops, cabinets, window ledges, doors, etc.
Clean and disinfect countertops, drinking fountains, sinks, stovetops, exterior surfaces of refrigerators and microwaves
Clean cobwebs, insects, etc. from interior of buildings
Wipe down light switch facings, doorknobs, baseboards, etc.
