About The Position

The Custodial Associate role involves delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client by ensuring cleaning services for unique, exceptional, or specialized custodial needs. This role monitors the quality of cleaning services, follows directions, and establishes routines in the proper use of materials and supplies. The associate is accountable for all phases of services performed in the custodial services department, including maintaining a litter-free appearance of offices and facilities, adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards for restrooms and facilities through daily cleaning rounds, and supporting daily upkeep and cleanliness through grounds maintenance.

  • Displays a strong interest in the custodial or environmental services field.
  • Physical ability to work in squatting, kneeling and standing positions for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35-50lbs) as necessary to operation, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.
  • Previous Experience: None required.

Responsibilities

  • Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
  • Ensure cleaning services for unique, exceptional, or specialized custodial services, and monitors the quality of cleaning services.
  • Follow directions and establish routines in the proper use of materials and supplies.
  • Accountable for all phases of services performed in the custodial services department including providing a litter-free appearance to offices and facilities.
  • Adhere to steps of operation in cleanliness, sanitation and overall presentation of restrooms and facilities, through daily and consistent cleaning rounds.
  • Support daily upkeep and cleanliness through grounds maintenance.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, polish and wax floor coverings.
  • Dust, clean and empty trash to offices and facilities.
  • Clean and stock restrooms and is responsible for building sanitation.
  • Accountable for all phases of services performed in the custodial department.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive attitude among teammates.
  • Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
  • Responsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements.
