Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
Nice To Haves
- Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure
- Willingness to assist the public and maintain a customer-friendly attitude
- Respect for confidentiality and workplace professionalism
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance
- Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways
- Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance
- Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more
- Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned
- Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways
- Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries
- Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition
