About The Position

Sunset West, a division of Hooker Furnishings Corporation, is seeking a dependable individual with great attention to detail to join their Production team as a cushion stuff associate in their Vista, CA location. The role involves maintaining the cushion area and working independently to complete various tasks related to cushion preparation and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sort cushions by size and schedule.
• Determine the type of filler for each cushion.
• Use order picker forklift to pull cushions and other materials needed.
• Stuff and bag cushions both by hand and using a vacuum.
• Stuff cushions in a timely manner while still meeting quality expectations.
• Locate missing cushions for order completion.
• Box and pack products for shipment.
• Receive and put away materials.
• Use handheld scanner to process completed orders.
